Why you need to train your pelvic floor

If you have weak pelvic floor muscles, you will probably notice it sooner or later. It could be that you involuntarily let air out of your intestines, urinate a little in your pants or have difficulty holding the stool. The pelvic floor muscles ensure that you can hold tight in all the above situations.

Did you know that about 4,500 women are operated on annually and have their abdomen sewn up because the pelvic floor has become loose. This may be because the bowel, bladder or uterus is sticking out of the vagina, or because the women cannot hold tight. Surgery for prolapse is one of the most common surgeries on women.
