Femilog is a health tracking application designed to help you monitor menopause
symptoms and related health information. We collect, process, and store health
data as described below.

Health Data We Collect

When you use the Femilog® app, we collect the following health information:

Menopause Symptoms Data: Daily symptom tracking including:
Hot flashes frequency and intensity
Libido levels
Menstrual cycle information
Mood patterns
Sleep quality and patterns
Urination frequency and related symptoms
Personal Health Information:
Date of birth
Age
Registration History: All daily health registrations you submit through the
app, including timestamps and symptom severity levels
Health Statistics: Aggregated data and statistics calculated from your daily
registrations, including trends, averages, and patterns over time
How We Use Your Health Data

We use your health data for the following purposes:

Core App Functionality: To track, record, and display your menopause symptoms
and health patterns over time
Data Visualization: To generate charts, graphs, and statistics that help you
understand your health trends
PDF Generation: To create PDF reports that you can share with your healthcare
providers or doctors
Data Synchronization: To store and synchronize your health data across your
devices using secure cloud-based storage
Personalization: To provide personalized insights and recommendations based on your
health data
Backup and Recovery: To ensure your health data is securely backed up and can
be recovered if needed

containing your health data with your doctor or healthcare provider. This is
entirely under your control and requires your explicit action to share

your health data. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your
data and may only use it to provide the services we have engaged them for
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your health data if required by law, court
order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety
Your Control Over Health Data

You have the following rights regarding your health data:

Access: You can view all your health data within the app at any time
Export: You can export your health data as PDF reports
Deletion: You can delete your health data at any time by contacting us

Correction: You can update or correct your health data through the app’s
interface
Withdrawal of Consent: You can stop using the app and request deletion of your
data at any time

Data
Retention


Your health data will be retained for as long as you maintain an account with
us. If you delete your account or request data deletion, your health data will
be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except where we are
legally required to retain certain data.

 

Other
Data

While using
our Service, we may also collect the following information: sex, age, date of
birth, place of birth, passport details, citizenship, registration at place of
residence and actual address, telephone number (work, mobile), details of
documents on education, qualification, professional training, employment
agreements, 
NDA agreements, information on bonuses and compensation,
information on marital status, family members, social security (or other
taxpayer identification) number, office location and other data.
